Product and Service to customer is AWESOME ,transportation seems to have been a problem . But was corrected immediately by Tom ( From Recording Store )He took the time to call me ,collect information and then FOLLOW THRU to get the balance of my order to me in a timely fashion as well as address issue with the transportion carrier . Gotta love this stuff. . .

. . .if you play sports at all! I've been a fan of Biofreeze for at least 5 years now, and it's the best product I've ever used for my tennis elbow and sore right shoulder. I even keep one of the roll-on bottles in my tennis bag in case my arthritic wrist and thumb start acting up. It's hell getting old, but this stuff helps ease the pains of it.
