Very realistic advice!

I buy this as a gift all the time for new parents

Insightful Help

This was an excellent book, full of humor and good sense. I learned quite a bit. The author cites many contemporary authorities and critiques popular ideas about child-rearing that may be deficient. She often uses examples from her own family. There is motivation as well as insight.
