Uncomfortable

MAKE SURE YOU WEAR A SHIRT WITH SLEEVES UNDER THIS! If you don't, your shoulders will be red and raw from chafing. Then, of course, the shirt with another shirt on top of it to hide the device, will make you way too hot! It does help posture somewhat, but more as a reminder. I guess there's no perfect posture aid, but this is more of a girdle, so you have to size "up" and then it's too big for your shoulders. ( didn't know that, and due to unnatural waist and abdomen compression, it caused heartburn). I only wore it once, and threw it into the drawer. Your abdomen will be uncomfortable no matter what. There's gotta be a better way!

Ouch

I really wanted this thing to help my back - but it is so uncomfortable I won't wear it. it digs into your arms and shoulders. I am disappointed... but maybe that is how it has to be...
