Really enjoyed it

There are people who are bigger Coldplay fans than me, but I've really enjoyed listening to this album. It's a nice mix of dark and light, if that makes sense. I really like the lyrics, too.

I might say , best album ever by Coldplay.

It's just almost perfect.
This is Coldlay at it's best.They make you feel like the first time you ever heard them.

They've made better CD's

I am a huge Coldplay fan and would rank this CD as not as good as some of their past work.

With the exception of "Viva La Vida", nothing really stirred me on this CD.

It opens well with "Life in Technicolor" and into "Cemeteries of London". "Lost!" and "42" are OK but their previous work stirred me - some of was brilliant.

This CD gets to that level on the song "Viva La Vida" - compelling, powerful and vast. I love it.

"Violet Hill" is good too and the video is equally good.

I liked this CD but with the exception of "Viva La Vida" it didn't move me like "X&Y" and "A Rush of Blood to the Head" did.

Still a great band. I still think their best work is yet to come.

how is it that i don't like coldplay... yet i can't get enough of this album?? great... love it... anytime i hear timpani in a rock song i'm pretty happy though lol.
