Great product. Big ones work, petite doesn't last

This is my 3rd time to go and purchase the petite heating pad. The first two stopped working within one year or so. They are fantastic products, while they work. I like the little one for throwing in my suitcase and taking on trips with me. But they do wear out quickly. I returned one within the warranty period and got a new one. The second time I purchased one (so this would be my third), it stopped working again. During all this time, I still have the original largest one (covers your whole back) that I ordered, also from Battle Creek. So the big ones do last a lot longer.

Love the blanket, hate the switch

The heating pad is really a nice size; I have never seen such a large heating pad! The cover is very nice and is washable. The switch takes a little getting use to, one has to hold it down, and that does get tiring, so I put a rubber band around it, and when it gets too hot I release it. I would recommend a switch with different levels for heating, like my small heating pad I now own. One can set it on "1", set it on "2" for different heat levels. Had the switch been different, I would have rated it as a "5"............

Excellent Heating Pad

This heating pad works great. It provides a moist even heat. The safety switch is great so you can control whether it is on or off so you don't get too much heat.

Not your usual heat pack in the drug store

This one is super! We went through 2 other heat packs bought from drug stores, but this one really works the best. It really deliver heat where you need it the most. The price is right for the quality. I think I will get another one in the future.
