Perfect for painful back muscles

My massage therapist used this one day. Wow. How did I live without it? Because of the manual button, there is rapid, serious heat. I do not like those microwaveable heating pads as they get cool too fast. Regular "set the dial to a number" heating pads are far too difficult to regulate. The Thermophore gets very hot and when it cools, just push the button again to suit your temperature. Very nice. As usual, Amazon shipping is fast and accurate.

Perfect Choice

My 70 year old mother has suffered from arthritis in her hands for several years now. She loves to quilt, however after working for a while (especially during the winter) her hands become stiff and she has to stop working. With this pad she has found that when her hands begin to hurt, she uses the pad for twenty minutes. The temperature is just right and a nice amount of moisture is created to provide a very effective therapeutic treatment. After use, she finds that she can continue working comfortably for an additional period of time, which she had never been able to do before! She loves this heating pad so much, that I have decided to order one for myself and start using it NOW, before the arthritis in my hands becomes a problem.

If you like it hot

I got a Sunbeam heating pad at the store, tried it once and was not happy with level of heat. I returned it and my mom suggested this pad. It is awesome! The heat is intense! Definitely more of a therapeutic pad than the ones at the stores that are just designed to provide some warmth. I highly recommend this pad to anybody nursing an injury or that type of thing. Great for bad backs.

Solid Heating Pad

The Thermophore Moinst Heating Pad got me out of a bind when winter started for us (which, in Montana, was September 30). The weather change wrecked havoc on my back, but having this heating pad soothed it enough so I was able to get going in the morning and not hobble into work. Worth the investment.
