Great knife!
I've only had this for 2 days now, but I've made salsa, and cut up veggies for dinner with it already. I have never had a knife like this. It is sharp and the handle is comfortable. I felt that I had a lot of control with the knife, and my chopping was much quicker than usual.

Highly recommended - easy sharpening
I highly recommend this sharpener - it does a better job on my Global, Wushoff and Calphalon knives than any other sharpener. Including Global's recommended Minosharp with the two wet sharpening wheels, which does just an ok job in comparison.

I bought the sharpening station because it was highly rated by cooks illustrated. It is a great piece of equipment, I have expensive knives and want to keep them sharp without damaging the blades, this did the job. My husband noticed immediately how sharp the knives were.
