Great for Southern fried stuff
I received this Emerial fryer from my daughter & son-in-law for Christmas. Three months later I have successfully fried Shrimp, Fish, Oysters, Chicken, Steak, French Fries. I love the easy clean-up and reuse of the oil. From south Louisiana where we love our fried food - It's fantastic!!

We bought this fryer because it looked very straightforward to use and clean. It was just that. Very easy to use and cleaning is a breeze! We did order the larger basket that can be used in place of the two. The recommended heating time of 20 minutes should be followed for best results.

My husband loves it.
I got this for my husband as a Christmas present. He had been asking for one but I wanted to make sure that it was a decent one. I checked all over and finally decided on this one. It works great! I use it and I never fry foods. The stuff comes out crisp and not greasy. It uses a small amount of oil and is easy to clean. Now my husband complains that I am using 'his' fryer.

Fantastic product! I have used it twice already and am going to fry another turkey on Christmas. Good Quality, great price, tons of extras. The only thing I regret is not buying a pot with the drain spigot in the bottom ( the pot gets a little heavy when pouring the oil back into the jug!). Other than that A+ all the way around.

The unit works well; it heats quickly, I love the closing cover before you drop the basket to eliminate oil splash. The oil pan removes for easy cleaning. I did find that I had to cook longer than the product stated, but that was really no problem, everything came out great. I would reccomend this unit.

A great item, still have not found a decent substitute. This is my fourth purchase. Replaced when the teflon coating wears out, makes cleaning hard. Only problem is Delonghi makes so many variations, you have to be careful when you order even though the picture may show a thermostat, some models do not have it, even though some dealer say it has one.

I accidentally over filled the first one of these I bought but I liked it so much I got another one. It cooks food well and is very easy to clean. The ability to close the lid before putting your food in the oil is a real nice feature. This is definitely the best product in this price range.
