idiot proof
This product is idiot proof- follow instructions to freeze the bowl (it only took me about 4 hrs to freeze the bowl); and then add the ingredients. The machine is slightly quieter than a dishwasher, but a quart of ice cream was ready in about twenty minutes. The consistency is that of softserve; putting the final product in the freezer will harden it.

I love this. I control the ingredients. I control the amount of sugar. it is easy to use, cleans up fast and the kids enjoy helping make ice cream. at the end of the day nothing is more fun then watching a 17 month old feed herself ice cream with two spoons with the "help" of the two five years olds. had to mop the kitchen, but it is well worth it.
