Excellent Oven Thermometer
This is a great oven thermometer! It's very convenient to do other things until the beep, without having to pay attention to the oven. I've set the custom to 145 for fish, and it delivers perfect Salmon every time.
By the way I also prefer using this for boiling water, set to beep at 200, rather than the annoying (to me) whistle from a teapot.
