I absolutely love this magazine - I was first introduced to it when I visited England last year. I highly recommend getting it, but the subscription price is excessively high, IMHO. I have just received mine.
I was pleased to receive this magazine, which seems to have been in publication for quite a while and has given me very complete information which I have seen before, but it is better to have it all in one source. It had a nice story about a man serving hot dogs and his vegetarian dog, which relieved my dog and I, since she is mostly a vegetarian.

The articles in Saveur are informative, comprehensive, accurate, and well-written. While some of the ingredients in the recipes are hard to find even in urban areas, the recipes are always consistent and authentic (at least I know them to be authentic for the regions with which I am familiar).
