Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue SR8008 Sauce Mop with Removable Head 2 reviews
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue, 2005
Excellent Mop This is my first Barbecue Mop, so I cannot compare it to other mops, but I have been very happy with this product. The handle is sturdy and long enough to reach the ribs in the back of my smoker. The mop portion unscrews for easy soaking and cleaning.

Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue SR8037 Insulated Food Gloves, Pair 16 reviews
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue, 2007
Great Gloves! I purchased these gloves to use with my Showtime Rotissiere. The gloves that came with the Showtime didn't last long and cracked on some of the fingers. The Steven Raichlen Insulated Food Gloves worked perfectly to remove meats from the rotissiere. Cost less too! Showtime wanted over $30 to replace with their gloves. Thanks Steven Raichlen!

Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue SR8016 Stainless-Steel Beer-Can Chicken Rack with Drip Pan 15 reviews
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue, 2006
Fabulous Product and Design "Beer can chicken" has become quite popular in recent years because (1) the steam and vapors flavor the chicken from the inside cavity out and help keep it moist, (2) upright roasting has been popular with chefs because it's the optimal position to roast a chicken (fat drips away, heat surrounds the chicken 360 degrees, skin crisps up better).
This pan is a truly well made and well thought out ...

Good stuff Those are excellent skewers. They are perfectly wide to prevent pieces of meat from spinning. The only 'grief' I have, I would not mind for them to be a just bit longer.

Made to Order I don't understand the previous review. How hard is it to cut your pieces 1 1/2" wide so they fit easily on the skewer? Saw these demo'd on tv and they work perfectly...no spinning of food. Pricey but very heavy duty.

Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue, 2006
A magnificent product. Steve does it again! Steven Raichlen's three seminal grilling cookbooks (How to Grill, Barbecue Bible and BBQ USA) are, far and away, the dirtiest, rattiest, most falling-apart cookbooks on my shelf. I think about buying new copies, but then I'd have to spend hours copying all of my margin notes on the recipes.
Steve's line of grilling accessories show the same dedication to grilling and smoking incredibly great ...

Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue SR8043 Smoking Wood Chips for Pork 2 reviews
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue, 2005
My pork never smelled soooo good! I don't know all that much about Steven Raichlen, except that he seems to be making his fortune selling barbeque products. At first I was skeptical, but when his name popped up on so many different kinds of products, his marketing must have gotten to me, and I found myself willing to give his products a try. I was not disappointed.
Before I used these chips, I had already purchased the ...

Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue, 2005
outstanding! Our fav! There are several varieties of chips offered by BBQ U. These are by far our favorite! The flavor of these chips which are a mix of 3 different woods is in our opinion superior to the more popular and readily available hickory and mesquite that you find at the supermarket these woods are overpowering for our tastes. We use them for everything except beef. They are awesome for chicken and ...

Reusable If you take care and soak these properly and lay down a foil barrier below the handles as demonstrated on BBQU, you should get quite a few uses out of them. They are sturdy and do not splinter as you skewer your food even after multiple uses.

Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue, 2005
No more blackened mixing bowls! Before I bought this for moving charcoal the three feet from the container to the grill, I tried using tongs. The little bits always slipped out, particularly when using lump charcoal instead of briquettes. Took forever, too. Then I tried using a plastic mixing bowl. I couldn't get the charcoal to scoop well because the lip was too thick and the bowl wasn't the right shape. Plus, the plastic ...

Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue, 2005
Message from the Manufacturer Please remember that unseasoned cast iron needs to be seasoned by the consumer before the first use. It will rust if not properly seasoned. To season the Grill Press, remove the handle by unscrewing the two screws on either end. Rinse with mild soap and water, then thoroughly dry. Rub cooking oil over the entire surface with a clean rag or a paper towel. Place it in an oven preheated to 250 ...

Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue SR8082 Kansas City Sweet & Smoky Barbecue Rub, 7.5-ounce 1 review
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue
Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue, 2006
Tough to Live Up To I bought this rub to replace an old Kansas City favorite, the Brisket Rub from Stephenson's Apple Orchard. Stephenson's closed forever in 2007. This product is as close as I have been able to come to the Stephenson's product, and it does a nice job, but lacks the spiciness of the original. I didn't expect it to be as good, and it wasn't, but it brings out the flavor of brisket well, and ...
