The Lust Lizard of Melancholy Cove 109 reviews Christopher Moore
Harper Paperbacks, 2004
Christopher Moore
+ You did WHAT with the weedwhacker? + Move over Saphira, here comes Steve!
The author hasn't written a bad book yet. Completely amusing and the characters are well developed as normal everyday people. Very relatable. If a regular person ended up in the situations the characters do, they would react the same. Lust Lizard is one of my favorites.

You Suck: A Love Story 132 reviews Christopher Moore
Harper Paperbacks, 2008
Nosferattitude
+ Undead need a good laugh, too
You Suck is the sequel to The Author Guy's foray into humorous, bizarro vamp-lit, and it's just as zany and enjoyable as its predecessor, Bloodsucking Fiends. I won't go too much into the story except to say that C. Thomas Flood is now forced to accept his newly acquired pale force, a first ...

The Stupidest Angel: A Heartwarming Tale of Christmas Terror 141 reviews Christopher Moore
William Morrow, 2005
Chris is insane, but in a good way.
+ somewhat surreal, somewhat silly, wholely enjoyable + more moore please
It took me a while to discover Christopher Moore, but when I did, I had to get 9 of his books (excluding Lamb, so far) and read, read, read! Of the 9, The Stupidest Angel is my 2nd favorite. The book takes all of the quirkiness, hilarity and absurdity of the cast of characters introduced in his ...

Fool: A Novel 1 review Christopher Moore
William Morrow, 2009
When we are born, we cry, that we are come to this great stage of fools
Christopher Moore is at his best when he stretches himself. He can keep cranking out amusing books set in Pine Cove and San Francisco, and I will joyfully continue reading them. But it is the rarer and more challenging works (such as his prior novel LAMB) that I really look forward to with ...

HarperCollins, 2004
Only Moore is so Imaginative, thought-provoking, and hilarious
+ Good, but could be better
Nate Quinn, a nerdy, quiet behavior-biologist is investigating the humpback's song with his photographer and best friend Clay Demodocus, a young wannabe Rastafarian Kona, and the hot (though 1920s slang-spewing) assistant Amy Earhart. Suddenly, he sees a message on the fluke of a whale: Bite Me. ...
