this seemed like an easy job but was a little confusing using the directions - there are 2 booklets. definitely two (moderately strong) people to actually put up the hoop with this, and 2 ladders. seems very sturdy once all the directions are figured out.

great indoor/outdoor ball
it really feels perfect in your hand while dribbling and the grip definitely helps when pulling up for a jump shot or quickly moving the ball with your hands. It's weight is dead on. Doesn't lose air quickly and has no marks after playing 10 hours or so in the street, then playing a few hours in the gym (not 1 day, the lifespan of the ball so far)
