Simple tool, simple review
They are solid. They rotate freely. I've used them in a gym with chalk in the area and the rotating mechanism hasn't gotten clogged / slower.
They are much more comfortable on your wrists than doing pushups on the ground. They allow you to lower yourself to the ground properly with your hands at your sides.
They're simple, and they work great.

I bought this jacket for my grandson and think it is wonderful. It is soft and comfortable so he can wear it for hours. Also, it fits properly and does not ride up around his head like other jackets. Love these capris
Beyond Yoga supplex is the best for yoga, especially heated, hot or bikram. They never feel cold, clammy or wet even when they're drenched and they hold their shape perfectly. I live in these. The plum is a great color to change things up and it's dark enough that it never shows bad "sweat patterns". Highly recommended! I have four pairs.
