I did the complete job on my own so the only extra set of hand I had was the BoWrench. I did its job so I could do mine. This is a product which preforms as claimed (something a bit unusual these days). I have found it useful for ensuring true temp for my griddle, gas grill, refrigerator, freezer, and pizza stone in the oven. As time passes I find myself using it for more tasks and some not even cooking related!
