This is one of my favorite movies of all time. It's sweet and unassuming and just a good time. Had a hard day at the office and need a break-kind of movie.
There really isn't all that much more to say - I know some people hate it - they probably just need to lighten up and enjoy the story. It's not supposed to be a study in the best acting, direction, or effects - it's just about a good time.
