Why Not NTSC Region 1?
This is a beautiful movie, one of the best dance films of all time, and unarguably (except by cretinous blockheads) a classic. So why can't we in the U.S. and Canada have a Region 1 release on DVD? The money is burning in my pocket--just put it on the shelf and I'll be there to buy.

LOVE THIS!
This video to me is more of an instruction video than a workout video. They offer the movements step by step, and wonderfully describe each movement being executed. A lot of fun, but probably won't give you the "workout" that you may seek. But definitely very relaxing, might be great if used as a cool down.

I found Taina Passmore to be a very warm hearted person while teachng the children on her video. She always kept smiling and that seemed to have welcomed the children for learning.
