Excellent - 5 PLUS STARS - All time favorite
True to life story with Oscar winning performances. You cannot see it just once and get it, the sound of the rocks, just listen and learn! It is in some ways difficult to view, but well worth seeing. A real story of life and death. Survival is the key objective. I've lost two children of my own to cancer. I get it. Life is not a walk in the park, it is a difficult experience. This is not an ...

I love this movie because its a way to make sure you can connect all the dots about the movie. I love how all the Star Wars movies come together and still make sense from the first movies made.

One of the best scary movies ever
This movie is not as well known as other ghost stories, but, as a lifelong lover of the genre, I believe it is one of the finest: subtle, surprising, believable and extremely well-acted. Unlike modern "horror" movies that leave nothing at all too the imagination and rely more on battering the viewer into submission with violence and gore, "The Uninvited" draws you into the story, involving you in ...

A Wonderfully Ghostly 1940's Comedy!
When 17th Century blowhard Sir Simon de Canterville, born of a pompous but cowardly stock, finds himself in a duel he cannot win, he naturally chickens out. Challenged by the enemy to wall up a potential hiding place, Sir Simon's father unwittingly bricks him into his tomb. But, before the last brick is in place, Simon gives up and begs to be freed. His cruelly proud father refuses and sets a ...

Good movie
My family has recently become huge fans of the X-files TV show (thanks to reruns on the Sci Fi channel), so we were excited to see that they had actually released a movie back in the late 90's. I read several of the bad reviews that this movie received, but we really liked it when we first watched it. True, it's a little different from the TV series in that it was hard for them to try & fit in ...

There is no Beating the Beginning of the Clone Wars...
I've Waited long Enough, heard enough Criticism taken enough Star Wars and George Lucas Bashing. It is August of 2008 as I write this. Star Wars Is and always has been a Cultural Phenomenon. Why has the Original Trilogy Flourished, while the Prequels have been treated less then kind to. First off Episodes I-III are The story of Anakin Skywalker. Not the back story of the Exploits of Darth ...

THIS MOVIE KICKS!!
Well, i figured it would be much eaiser to use the kids reviw-less time spent, more wrighting! A message to everyone who has not seen this movie - Your missing out on a classic. The move is about a girl named carly beth ( Wich in itself is creepy) who is allways getting picked on. Chuck and Steve, two classmates, are allways playing jokes on her, trying to scare her. Which by the way allways ...

Terry O'Quinn makes his mark
This is one of the best thrillers to emerge from the 1980's. It's got assured direction from Joseph Reuben. An excellent script by Donald E. Westlake. And an absolutely mesmerizing performance from Terry O'Quinn, who invests his character with enough repressed fury to make most screen psychos look like Mr Rogers. The film starts out with a real sense of style as O'Quinn washes his bloody hands ...

Do i really need a title? is that really necessary?
Look i just wanted to rate this product. it was great. i shouldn't have waited so long to buy it but then i had the VHS version till about a few months ago. the DVD set has an awesome bonus disc that contains a documentary about the struggles George Lucas had just making star wars happen. I love this movie! Jaws has it all, sure it's scary, but it is very funny, sympathetic, exciteing too. It also takes place on and in real water in a real ocean. Something sorely missing in todays aquatic films.

THE ORIGINAL IS ALWAYS THE BEST!
Although it's hard to compare he remake featuring CRISPIN GLOVER to the classic original with a very young BRUCE DAVISON (X-MEN) I have to say the original is truely better. The newer version is definately a modern telling of the tale and also contains a bit of the sequel in it.. (elements of BEN) and is definately creepier BUT you definately have to see the original to truely understand ...

It is what it is..... An undercult, cult classic.
Never mind what the "critics" say. They usually get things for free, and can't appreciate hard work anyway! For the time period, "The Keep" is a great flick. The music is absolutely awsome. You can pick it apart all day long, but theres a reason its a highly desired and hard to find film. See it, IF you can get your hands on it, and think for yourself for God sake.

Plant vs. Lizard!!!!!! Who will win?
The answer to the title question is Biollante (plant). A dr. creates a giant plant using Godzilla's cells. Like every other Godzilla movie, Godzilla battles Biollante. Biollante battles Godzilla in his Rose form. Godzilla beats Biollante and Biollante seems to die (yeah right). Godzilla does some damage and about thirty minutes later Godzilla battles Biollante final form. They have a pretty good ...

Please please please
These are two of the greatest classic horror movies, as good as anything Universal put out besides The Mummy and Bride of Frankenstein. Each of these has been copied many times in later years, and every copy has been a pale shadow of these brilliant originals. I'd love for them to get fancy releases with loads of special features, but failing that PLEASE somebody release this wonderful two-fer.

Not as good as the books, but it's still good.
This three episode vhs contains some of the best episodes of the t.v show. "The first three." The show is no where near as good as the books. I only wished that they had made a CGI animorphs show or something. The lack of fighting is the only thing lacking in this. Other than that the caracters are portrayed farly well and the differences from the book are tollerated. I own every one of the books ...

Don't mess with MAMA
Jaws 3 DVD Quite frankly I was disappointed with this movie, but I did not watch it in 3D so that might be part of my problem. There are more skiers, oh, Yummy. Even some bumper boats, Yum Yum. Jaws 3 takes place at a water amusement park with under water glass tunnels, etc. In one shot you can see part of the Orange County, Florida logo on an ambulance so, I would presume it was ...
