Great tape, and as promised, if you finish it, you'll do 180 crunches. There is room to add weight for those seeking something harder, but I find this both challenging and fun to watch. It's beautifully filmed with some interesting standing ab exercises as well as the crunches you've come to expect. Wish these were on DVD, but thankfully, I still have a VCR for my gym.
